Dengue Deaths Rise as 8 More Die in 24 Hours

The nationwide dengue situation continues to worsen as infections and fatalities linked to Aedes mosquito-borne dengue fever show no sign of decline. Hospitals across the country are receiving hundreds of patients daily, and new deaths are being recorded almost every day. In the latest 24-hour reporting period, eight more people died from dengue, while 778 new patients were admitted to hospitals.
