The results of the 2025 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be published nationwide tomorrow, Thursday, at 10 a.m., according to an official notice signed by Professor Dr. Khondoker Ehsanul Kabir, Chairman of the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education and President of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee.
The announcement stated that results from all 11 education boards—including the Boards of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board, and the Bangladesh Technical Education Board—will be released simultaneously.
Students will be able to access their results online by visiting the website www.educationboardresults.gov.bd, where they can enter their board name, roll number, and registration number to view their marks. Additionally, results will be available from respective educational institutions and examination centers.
For mobile users, results can also be obtained via SMS by sending the board’s first three letters, followed by the roll number and examination year, to 16222.
To mark the release, a press briefing will be held at 10 a.m. on the same day at the conference hall of the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, where education officials will discuss key statistics and outcomes.
Students who wish to apply for re-evaluation of their results may do so from October 17 to October 23. Applications must be submitted online through the website https://rescrutiny.eduboardresults.gov.bd. No direct submissions to education boards or offices will be accepted.
This year, a total of 1,251,111 students registered for the HSC and equivalent examinations under the 11 education boards. Among them, 618,015 were male students and 633,096 were female students.
